At LitFit Wear, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and efficiently. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier Partner Details
  • Estimated Delivery Date

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or SMS.


5. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

LitFit Wear is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


6. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • High order volumes
  • Courier service issues
  • Government restrictions

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept the package

the order may be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or if any item is missing:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your Order ID, along with clear photos or an unboxing video.
  • We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund, where applicable.

9. International Shipping

Currently, LitFit Wear ships only within India.
