At LitFit Wear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality apparel and a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • A valid Order ID or purchase invoice is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your Order ID along with clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
  • After verification, we will arrange either:
    • A replacement, or
    • A full refund, based on product availability and your preference.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product).

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defects

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order if:

  • The order has not been shipped.
  • The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
